Lead Generation Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads within small to medium-sized businesses in North America. This role involves conducting outbound calls to businesses offering high-priced services/products that are conducive to installment payments. The primary objective is to engage with key decision-makers within these organizations, utilizing effective social engineering techniques to identify individuals with genuine interest and authority to make purchasing decisions. The Lead Generation Specialist will then schedule meetings with qualified leads, allowing the sales team to focus on problem discovery and solution presentation of our partners 3rd party financing tool as a Platform as a Service (PaaS).
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospect and qualify potential leads within target industries, regions, personas.
Identify decision-makers and influencers within these organizations who have the authority and interest in using 3rd party financing with their customers
Utilize social engineering tactics to establish rapport and find the right individual to book a call with
Schedule meetings and appointments with qualified leads for further discussion with the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and progress in CRM software & calendar
Collaborate with team to refine lead generation strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably within B2B environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects over the phone effectively.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, including lead qualification and appointment setting.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Knowledge of small to medium-sized business dynamics and industries offering higher-priced services is a plus.
